Advertising Policies and Specifications
1.Email ads to jograham@wideopenwest.com in digital format, jpg or eps
files at 100% of actual size.
2.Any corrections, edits or artwork that must be done is the responsibility of
the advertiser. Ads must be submitted camera ready.
3.Deadline for ads is the first of the month of the upcoming issue. Tentative
deadline schedule for 2006 is February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1.
Publication dates may vary depending on RESOLVE of Michigan’s events
schedule.
4.Ads will continue to run in our newsletter, as is each quarter until we are
told to cancel or change the ad or if the invoice is unpaid.
5.Advertisers will be billed quarterly after the issue has been mailed.
Payment is expected within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Ads will only
run for those advertisers that are paid in full.
6.In order to maintain our non-profit bulk mailing rates, ad space is limited
to 25% of our total content. In the event that more ad space is requested
than is available, potential advertisers will be put on a waiting list, and will
be given space as it becomes available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
7.Ads from Reproductive Endocrinologists, Ob/GYNs, or any other
physician advertising fertility treatments will not be accepted.
8.No endorsement by RESOLVE of Michigan is made or implied as a result
of advertisements that appear in our newsletter.
9.All ads are subject to review by RESOLVE of Michigan’s board, and
RESOLVE of Michigan reserves the right to refuse any ad for any reason.
*Professional Member is defined as the advertiser maintaining as least one individual current Professional-level ($150) membership with RESOLVE.
Editorial Policy
The RESOLVE of Michigan newsletter is primarily a vehicle for informaiton to our members. We encourage members to submit comments, articles, and suggestions. The editors reserve the right to edit all submissions.
